Many times my Buyer clients want me to represent them exclusively. To fill that need, I offer an Exclusive Agency Program, wherein I work on a contractual, exclusive basis with the Buyer to procure properties meeting the buyer`s express and defined needs. For Buyers who want exclusive representation, this is the answer! Buyer clients engage me as an Exclusive Buyer Agent, and just like hiring an attorney, they agree to pay my fees. Should I submit a listed property, I look first to any "built-in" commission on that property. Only if there is none does the buyer pay for my services.

Buyers Transaction Management Program allows buyers to pursue their own real estate endeavors, and engage me to provide only certain transaction services.

1.  Drafting the Purchase and Sale Contract to ensure a valid document.
2. Presenting and Negotiate the Contract on your behalf.
3. Managing all third party vendors, such as surveys, appraisals, and inspections.
